A music theoretician, nominated teacher, classical music concert lecturer. She completed the Secondary School of Music in Częstochowa and graduated with honours from the Department of Music Composition, Directing and Theory of the Academy of Music in Warsaw. Her Master’s thesis was awarded a second place prize in the Polish Competition of Master’s Theses of the Departments of Music Theory and Musicology in 1991. She began her professional career as a primary school music teacher. Since 1991 she has been a theoretical subject teacher at the Complex of Musical Schools in Częstochowa; in the years 1998-2000 she held the position of deputy director of the institution. Since 1999 she has been a music teacher at the J.Malczewski Complex of Artistic Schools in Częstochowa. As a classical music concert lecturer she has taken part in the following concerts: Gaude Mater – International Sacral Music Festival since 1991, Silesian Composers Festival in Opole since 1998; Bronisław Huberman Violin Festival since 1998; the Guitar Meetings of Częstochowa since 2000; Polish Chamber Music Competition in Kłodzko since 1999; Legnica Cantat – Polish Choir Tournament in 2004 and 2005; symphonic concerts at the Częstochowa Philharmonic since 1998. Since that year she has also conducted a cycle of concerts for adolescents at the Częstochowa Philharmonic. The winner of the second level prize of the President of the City of Częstochowa for School Teachers and Directors in 2004. She was also awarded the distinction “Meritorious Culture Worker”. She has been nominated to the title of Regional Polish Language Master. She has been the Director of the Częstochowa Philharmonic since January 1st, 2006.
