Tickets are available at the Philharmonic Concert Hall’s Box Office at ul. Wilsona 16, open: Monday – Friday, 9.00 - 19.00, on the given concert’s day until the start of the concert.

The ticket price for other concerts is each time separately determined.

*Eligible to purchase concessionary tickets are, on production of a relevant document, school and university students, retired persons and pensioners, Distinguished Culture Activists, music schools teachers.

In case of a concert cancellation, the Philharmonic Concert Hall refunds the ticket price within one week of the planned concert’s date. In case of resignation from participation in an event, the Philharmonic Concert Hall does not accept returns of purchased tickets.

The Box Office offers ticket booking via telephone (+48 34/324 42 30). Advanced sale commences at least one week prior to the concert’s date. Booked tickets must be collected 30 minutes prior to the start of the concert at the latest. After this time, the booking is cancelled.

We recommend to you subscription tickets. By purchasing a subscription ticket you save on your precious time, nerves and money, as well as reserve your favourite seat in the Philharmonic Concert Hall. 

All information concerning the sale of entrance tickets and subscription tickets, as well as the concert programme and repertoire is available at the Management Office of the Philharmonic Concert Hall (+48 34/324 18 54). 

The personnel of the Philharmonic Concert Hall make every effort for the concerts to start on time. Therefore, you are requested to arrived at the  Philharmonic Concert Hall punctually.

Should you for any reasons be unable to arrive before the start of the concert, your ticket will permit you to enter the concert hall, however, only during breaks between pieces and with no guarantee that you will be able to occupy your seat. 

We kindly inform that, except for designated places, the entire interior of the Philharmonic Concert Hall is an absolute no-smoking area. 

Please leave any bags, suitcases, boxes etc. of large sizes in the cloakroom. 

The use of mobile phones in the concert halls is strictly prohibited. 

Recording, photography and filming are allowed exclusively with the consent of the Executive Management. 

The Executive Management hereby reserves the right to change the dates, venues, performers and programmes. We wholeheartedly apologise for any changes.
